Whether your sales staff is in retail, product sales, service, or inside or outside sales, they all need to have the core skills down to a science! This course is designed to help those who are new to selling, but also can serve as a great refresher. These skills apply to any type of business, and include: understanding how to identify the customer’s need; explaining the benefits and features of the product or service; overcoming customer objections, closing the sale, and following up. We will practice in class using real life scenarios, and participants will gain confidence as they get feedback in a non-threatening environment. Learn to overcome shyness and awkwardness, as well as how to use active listening to communicate clearly, and the determination and motivation that’s needed to follow up in order to get the sale.
