Learn hands-on techniques to decorate cakes with fondant and make different fondant and gum paste decorations. Techniques learned: tinting, rolling/covering a cake with fondant, bows, flowers and leaves. You will learn to use fondant/gum paste decorating tools like: cutters, rolling pins, fondant smoother, veining tool, ball tool, etc. Material fee includes cakes and supplies to decorate 6 cupcakes and an 8” round cake.
