Cake Decorating with Fondant and Gum Paste Flowers - Ages 16+

Learn hands-on techniques to decorate cakes with fondant and make different fondant and gum paste decorations. Techniques learned: tinting, rolling/covering a cake with fondant, bows, flowers and leaves. You will learn to use fondant/gum paste decorating tools like: cutters, rolling pins, fondant smoother, veining tool, ball tool, etc. Material fee includes supplies to create a variety of gum paste flowers, and fondant to decorate an 8” round cake. Open to ages 16 and up. Enroll early, class limited to 10 students. Students need to bring some supplies; please see supply list online

Please read:  Supply list from home for class 1,2 & 3: -scissors, apron, 2 ziploc bags (medium size) -container to carry decorations home -Clean cloth to wipe hands during class. Supply list from home for class 4: -scissors, apron, clean cloth -1 cake leveled and lightly frosted with buttercream icing -large rolling pin (if you have one at home)
