This unique Tai Chi-Qi Gong class promotes overall health and has been shown to improve balance, flexibility, and muscle strength. Past and current participants report noticeable relief from low back and leg pain, as well as hypertension and Parkinson’s symptoms. Come practice with us and learn to increase your energy and well-being while decreasing stress and anxiety. Dress warmly and wear comfortable clothing.
