Purpose: Meditation cultivates states of mind that are conducive to inner peace and well-being and eradicates negative states of mind. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Goal: Learn how to control and still the mind through meditation, deal with challenges in a positive way, and develop an inner clarity of mind known as wisdom.
Format: Each class consists of one breathing and one guided meditation, commentary on the text, class discussion, and questions and answers. The texts we will use are How to Solve Our Human Problems and How to
