Series:Meditations From The Heart

Purpose: Meditation cultivates states of mind that are conducive to inner peace and well-being and eradicates negative states of mind. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Goal: Learn how to control and still the mind through meditation, deal with challenges in a postitive way, and develop an inner clarity of mind known as wisdom. 
Format: Each class consists of one breathing and one guided meditation, commentary on the text, class discussion, and questions and answers.
