Description: "Friday Night at the Movies" presents educational talks and screenings of classic films from the 1930’s to the late 1970’s.  Each class session Theo will show a movie in its entirety and share the fascinating details of the film.  Screenings are preceded by a 30-minute informative discussion about the film, which includes its origins, the script, casting, production, audience reaction, box office sales, and the legacy of the film. Single Show: $10 each. Description: Purpose: Meditation cultivates states of mind that are conducive to inner peace and well-being and eradicates negative states of mind. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
Goal: Learn how to control and still the mind through meditation, deal with challenges in a postitive way, and develop an inner clarity of mind known as wisdom. 
Format: Each class consists of one breathing and one guided meditation, commentary on the text, class discussion, and questions and answers.
